Job Description We are currently seeking a People & Culture Intern to join our
vibrant team. At Radisson Blu Resort (Fiji), we are in search of individuals
who go beyond the resume – those with character, skills, talents, and

delivering memorable experiences. As a People & Culture Intern , you infuse our
vibrant P&C team with a unique blend of enthusiasm, a solution-driven approach,
and a genuine passion for fostering positive employee experiences
and organizational growth. Supports the smooth running of the People & Culture
Department by assisting with daily administrative and operational tasks
as directed by the team.

Assists the People & Culture team in providing a positive and responsive service
to team members, helping with general enquiries and directing matters to
the appropriate team member when required. Completes assigned duties and tasks
in a timely, accurate, and professional manner, seeking guidance and support
where needed. Supports departmental plans, activities, projects, and hotel
initiatives by assisting with coordination, preparation, communication,
and follow-up tasks. Assists with maintaining People & Culture records,
documentation, filing, databases, supplies, and other administrative
requirements to support the efficient operation of the department. Works
collaboratively with the People & Culture team and other departments, building
positive working relationships and demonstrating the company’s culture
and values.

Supports recruitment, onboarding, training, employee engagement, team member
activities, and other People & Culture initiatives as assigned. Assists with
the preparation and maintenance of documentation required for internal
processes, audits, compliance, and reporting, ensuring information is handled
accurately and confidentially. Develops an understanding of relevant People &
Culture policies, procedures, employment requirements, and best practices while
carrying out duties under the guidance of the People & Culture team.
Demonstrates a willingness to learn, take feedback, and support the wider team
wherever required, using the internship as an opportunity to develop practical
People & Culture knowledge and experience. Undertakes duties
and responsibilities from time-to-time that may not specifically outlined above.

Qualifications Currently pursuing a Diploma, Degree, or relevant tertiary
qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality
Management, or a related field, with an internship/work placement forming part
of the study program. Previous work experience in Human Resources is
not required ; exposure through studies, projects, volunteering, or part-time
work would be beneficial. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn, assist,
and take direction from members of the People & Culture team. Demonstrates
a hands-on and can-do approach when supporting assigned duties, activities,
and projects. Good interpersonal and communication skills, with an interest
in working with people and developing experience within the hospitality
industry.

Able to complete assigned tasks with care and attention to detail, seeking
guidance when required. Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and
an understanding of the importance of confidentiality when handling employee
and company information. Basic computer literacy and confidence using common
applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, or similar platforms . Able
to work collaboratively as part of a team and build positive working
relationships with colleagues. Enthusiastic about gaining practical People &
Culture experience and applying knowledge gained through academic studies in
a professional workplace environment.

Must have the legal right to work and undertake an internship in Fiji for
