Job Description
As a Security Manager you will be responsible not only for safeguarding physical
assets and people, but also for embedding security awareness into the wider
organizational mindset through training, leadership, and clear communication.
This position demands a professional who can balance day-to-day operational
oversight with long-term planning, while remaining adaptable in a dynamic,
international environment. Key Responsibilities Review and Update security
policies, procedures, and protocols ensuring effectiveness and alignment
with current standards Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation
strategies to ensure a safe environment Lead incident response planning
and crisis management procedures Monitor and evaluate security systems, ensuring
they meet current and future needs Develop and deliver ongoing security training
programs for all employees Continuously review and improve workflows to enhance
effectiveness and resilience Integrate sustainable practices into security
operations Support initiatives that promote physical and mental wellbeing in
the workplace Actively participate in meetings with company stakeholders both
locally and internationally Promote a culture of safety, responsibility,

hospitality environment Strong leadership and organizational skills Experience
in training and team development Ability to design and implement processes
from the ground up Fluency in English is essential, Greek or other languages
are an advantage
