Food & Beverage offering is an essential part of the guest journey, blending

setting of Valle de Guadalupe. Role Purpose The F&B, Sales & PR Coordinator
serves as the voice and ambassador of the hotel’s Food & Beverage experiences
across Valle de Guadalupe and surrounding areas. This role is responsible
for positioning our restaurants, bars, and experiences within the local
and regional market, building strong relationships, driving awareness,
and generating business through strategic sales and public relations efforts.
The Impact of This Role This position plays a key role in elevating
the visibility and desirability of our F&B offerings, connecting the resort
with guests, partners, and the local community.

As the primary representative of Banyan Tree Veya’s F&B experiences, this role
ensures: Strong presence in the local market Meaningful partnerships with key
stakeholders Increased traffic and revenue across all outlets Consistent brand
storytelling aligned with our philosophy Position Objective To promote,
position, and drive sales for all Food & Beverage outlets and experiences,
acting as a strategic liaison between the hotel and external partners, while
enhancing brand recognition and guest engagement. Key Responsibilities Act
as the official representative of the hotel’s F&B outlets across Valle de
Guadalupe and surrounding markets. Develop and maintain relationships with key
commercial partners, including wineries, tour operators, local businesses,
and concierges. Promote restaurants, bars, events, and experiential offerings
to drive foot traffic and revenue. Identify new sales opportunities,
partnerships, and collaboration initiatives.

Coordinate on-site visits, tastings, site inspections, and familiarization
experiences. Support the creation and execution of PR and marketing initiatives
aligned with the brand. Ensure consistent and elevated brand messaging across
all external interactions. Collaborate closely with Marketing, F&B, Events,
and Revenue teams to align strategies. Monitor market trends, competitor
activity, and guest preferences.

Track performance, generate reports, and provide insights on opportunities
and results. Participate in local events, activations, and networking
opportunities as a brand ambassador. Critical Skills & Qualifications Strong
interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a natural sense
of hospitality and charisma. Excellent communication skills with a refined,
professional presence. Sales-driven mindset with the ability to identify
and close opportunities.

Understanding of luxury hospitality, gastronomy, and experiential travel.
Knowledge of the Valle de Guadalupe market highly preferred. Ability to work
independently while maintaining strong alignment with internal teams. Highly
organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. Fluency in English and Spanish
required.
