that go beyond hospitality. Role Purpose The Experience Curator is a key
ambassador of the Banyan Tree Veya philosophy, responsible for designing
and delivering personalized, meaningful, and immersive guest experiences.
This role ensures that every guest journey is thoughtfully crafted, seamless,
and emotionally engaging, reflecting the essence of wellbeing, local culture,
and refined luxury.

The Impact of This Role This position plays a vital role in shaping memorable
and transformative guest journeys. The Experience Curator is responsible for: •
Creating bespoke itineraries tailored to each guest’s preferences • Curating
wellness, culinary, cultural, and vineyard experiences • Acting as a primary
point of contact for personalized guest engagement • Elevating emotional
connections through thoughtful service and anticipation Ensuring that every
interaction reflects authenticity, care, and excellence. Position Objective
To curate exceptional, highly personalized guest experiences that embody Banyan
Tree Veya’s philosophy of wellbeing, sustainability, and sense of place, while
exceeding guest expectations and creating lasting memories. Key Responsibilities
• Design and coordinate tailored guest experiences based on individual
preferences • Anticipate guest needs through attention to detail and proactive
engagement • Build strong relationships with guests to understand and enhance
their journey • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless
execution of experiences • Curate unique activities aligned with wellness, wine,
gastronomy, and local culture • Handle special requests, celebrations, and VIP
arrangements with precision and creativity • Ensure consistent delivery
of luxury service standards across all interactions • Support service recovery
with empathy, discretion, and professionalism • Maintain deep knowledge
of resort offerings and local attractions • Contribute to continuous innovation
of guest experiences Critical Skills & Qualifications • Strong passion
for hospitality, storytelling, and guest engagement • Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills • High attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to anticipate needs and deliver personalized experiences • Previous
experience in luxury hospitality, concierge, or guest relations preferred •
Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage • Professional
