and entertainment venues and a 4,000 sqm wellness centre. Janu Tokyo provides

Role

We
are seeking an experienced, passionate and highly motivated Outlet
Manager
to join Janu Tokyo. This role is ideal for a dynamic hospitality
professional who thrives in a modern luxury environment and is committed
to delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests while leading
a high-performing team.

As the outlet Manager, you will lead the restaurant team, oversee daily
operations, maintain the highest standards of service and operational excellence
and foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism and continuous improvement
while delivering the exceptional hospitality that defines Janu
Tokyo.


Responsibilities

  • Welcome
    and support guests and colleagues with professionalism while ensuring
    exceptional service and memorable dining experiences throughout
    the outlet
  • Lead, manage and develop the restaurant team,
    ensuring the highest standards of professionalism, service and operational
    excellence
  • Oversee the daily operation of the assigned
    restaurant outlet, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, quality standards
    and operational efficiency
  • Develop, implement
    and continuously improve operational policies, service procedures and Standard
    Operating Procedures (SOPs) in accordance with company
    standards
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable food
    safety, hygiene, health and safety regulations as well as company policies
    and standards
  • Manage restaurant staffing, scheduling,
    labour costs, performance evaluations, coaching, mentoring and departmental
    development initiatives
  • Monitor service quality, guest
    feedback and operational performance, implementing corrective actions
    and continuous improvements where required
  • Conduct regular
    inspections and audits to ensure cleanliness, presentation, product quality
    and service consistency
  • Coordinate with the Culinary team
    and other hotel departments to ensure seamless daily operations and exceptional
    guest experiences
  • Prepare departmental reports, manage
    budgets, monitor inventory and cost control, and support administrative
    and operational requirements when required


Requirements

  • Minimum 9 years
    of practical experience in hotels, restaurants, cafés or similar
    facilities
  • Minimum 5 year of practical experience in
    a luxury hotel environment
  • Practical experience as a leader
    such as manager
  • Basic knowledge of labour management
    and practical experience in shift scheduling
  • Practical
    experience in performance management, talent development, coaching,
    and mentoring
  • Practical experience in creating, improving
    and continuously monitoring SOPs
  • Excellent leadership
    and communication skills
  • Advanced business-level English
    proficiency (CEFR C1 or higher)
  • Advanced business-level
    Japanese proficiency (CEFR C1 or higher)
  • Advanced PC skills
    including MS Office and typing
