the inimitable tranquillity of Aman in the heart of Manhattan’s midtown. With
a year-round Garden Terrace, flagship Aman Spa and spacious suites all among
the largest in the city.

Role

The
Concierge will assist guests with a wide scope of services and will also act
as a liaison between the guest and other departments within
the hotel.

This position has an hourly compensation rate of $38.95
per hour.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests
  with requests including restaurant reservations, theater tickets, and limousine
  arrangements.

• Provide accurate directions and local
  recommendations.

• Respond to guest inquiries via desk, phone,
  text, or email.

• Ensure timely and professional handling of guest
  confirmations, packages, flowers, and mail.

• Maintain an accurate
  and high-quality database of guest profiles
  and preferences.

• Ensure all guest interactions are properly
  documented to support personalized service.

• Provide quality
  and genuine service by responding to guests and team members promptly,
  efficiently, and courteously. Follow up and follow
  through

• Ambassador of Aman New York in providing genuine care
  to guests and team members. Well-rounded hospitality professionals following
  the Aman New York pillars and values.

• Performs all Concierge
  assigned functions, preparing, and executing an ideal Aman New York Journey
  to guests.

• Liaison between
  departments.

Requirements

• At least
  two years working as a hotel concierge at a related luxury hotel
  experience.

• Be a member of the New York City Association of Hotel
  Concierges.

• Be a member of Les Clefs dÓr USA
  (preferred).

• Must be able to read and write in English
  to facilitate the communication process.

• Knowledge of local
  attractions, restaurants, and transportation options.

• Ability
  to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends,
  and holidays.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive
  approach to guest service.

• Must be able to stand for extended
  periods during daily operations.
