THE
POSITION

The role will take care of Income Auditor activities
together with the Finance Team, in particular, the right candidate will be
in charge of invoices registrations and supporting the team in daily accounting
acctivities, such as

MAIN DUTIES
AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Daily bank account control, verify
  and process accounts payable and accounts receivable
  transactions;
• Monitor credit card and cash incoming, payment
  discrepancies, refunds, returns and all charges;
• Daily Import files
  from Opera, Verifying, monitoring, and reviewing all hotel revenues
  an statistics data reports and night audit reports. Ensuring that daily revenues
  and settlements are in balance;
• Daily check of Symphony posting
  and control any discrepancies with Opera transactions;
• General tasks
  accounting receivable and general cashier;
• Produce Electronical invoice
  for receivable Italian invoices;
• Process supplier
  payments;
• Prepare and input journal entries into general
  ledger;
• Reconcile all balance accounts monthly;
• Month end
  closing activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous
  accounting experience in the hospitality environments with knowledge of USALI
  
• Proficiency in key tools such as Business Central and MS
  Office;
• Highly data-driven and results-oriented, with strong analytical
  skills and attention to detail;
• Proficient in both written and verbal
  English.
