Role />Join Aman Group’s dynamic corporate team and play a key role in shaping
the design excellence behind one of the world’s leading ultra-luxury hospitality
brands. Reporting to the Director of Design & Technical Services - Asia,
the Technical Services Executive, based in the Singapore Corporate Office
supports the development, coordination, and delivery of projects across
the region, ensuring Aman’s exacting standards and brand objectives
are consistently upheld.

This role offers exposure across
multiple projects and disciplines, working closely with internal stakeholders,
consultants, and project teams to deliver thoughtful, refined, and technically
robust design solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate
    design activities across internal teams and external consultants to support
    seamless project delivery.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, record
    minutes, and follow up on actions to ensure alignment
    and accountability.
  • Develop, monitor, and update project
    and design program schedules, tracking key milestones
    and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with corporate teams
    and external project teams to manage information flow and data exchange
    efficiently.
  • Assist in the preparation of project
    presentations, reports, and internal documentation.
  • Organise and maintain comprehensive project records,
    including drawing logs, review comments, and approval
    trackers.
  • Track project schedules, Aman Standards
    checklists, design briefs, and deliverables across multiple projects.
  • Review and monitor consultant submissions, including
    drawings, reports, and material boards, ensuring timely
    responses.
  • Participate in project and coordination
    meetings, supporting design and technical guidance in line with Aman brand
    standards.
  • Manage and update the Technical Services team’s
    Smartsheet project management tools, coordinating inputs across
    teams.

/>Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
    in architecture, Interior Design, or a related design
    discipline.
  • Eligibility to work
    in Singapore.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience
    as an architect, interior designer, design coordinator, or in a related
    role.
  • Experience with luxury hotel, resort, or branded
    residential project delivery; operator-side experience is
    an advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication
    skills with the ability to liaise confidently with multiple
    stakeholders.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English;
    additional languages are desirable.
  • Highly organised,
    detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
    environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity
    with Bluebeam Revu or similar tools is an advantage.
  • Strong
    work ethic, discretion, and cultural sensitivity, with the ability to work
    independently under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel
    as required to support regional projects.
