and entertainment venues and a 4,000 sqm wellness centre. Janu Tokyo provides

Role

We
are seeking an experienced, passionate, and highly motivated Fitness
Staff
to join Janu Tokyo. This role is ideal for a dynamic hospitality
professional who thrives in a modern luxury environment and is committed
to delivering exceptional wellness and fitness experiences.

As a Fitness Staff member, you will guide and support guests in achieving their
wellness goals, provide professional fitness instruction, and contribute
to creating an atmosphere that reflects Janu’s spirit of connection, energy
and contemporary luxury. You will play a key role in shaping memorable wellness
experiences while supporting smooth daily operations within the fitness
and wellness facilities.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver
    warm, intuitive and personalised service that enhances the guest wellness
    experience
  • Provide professional fitness guidance
    and instruction tailored to guests’ individual goals
    and needs
  • Conduct fitness assessments and support guests
    with personalised training recommendations
  • Monitor
    and maintain fitness facilities, equipment cleanliness and organisation
    to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
  • Support
    the daily operation of fitness and wellness facilities to ensure seamless guest
    experiences
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene
    and health standards within fitness areas
  • Collaborate
    closely with wellness teams and other departments to support integrated guest
    experiences
  • Assist in developing fitness programs, wellness
    activities and seasonal offerings
  • Handle guest inquiries,
    feedback and special requests with professionalism
    and care
  • Support onboarding and guidance for guests using
    fitness facilities and wellness services


Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years
    of practical experience as a fitness instructor or similar
    role
  • Certifications such as NESTA, JATI, NSCA,
    or equivalent fitness qualifications
  • Excellent
    communication skills
  • Conversational-level English
    proficiency (CEFR A2 or higher)
  • Advanced business-level
    Japanese proficiency (CEFR C1 or higher)
  • Basic PC skills
    including MS Office and typing

    point
