Role

We
are seeking an experienced, passionate, and highly motivated Wellness
Receptionist Staff
to join Janu Tokyo. This role is ideal for a dynamic
hospitality professional who thrives in a modern luxury environment and
is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

As a Wellness Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of our wellness
facilities, ensuring seamless guest journeys through warm, intuitive service
and thoughtful attention to detail. You will play a key role in creating
an atmosphere that reflects Janu’s spirit of connection, energy and contemporary
luxury while supporting smooth daily
operations.


Responsibilities

  • Welcome
    guests warmly and professionally, ensuring a seamless and personalised arrival
    experience within the wellness
    facilities
  • Manage reservations,
    appointments, and guest inquiries efficiently in accordance with Janu
    standards
  • Deliver warm, intuitive
    and personalised service that enhances the guest
    experience
  • Provide guests
    with accurate information about wellness treatments, facilities, services,
    and schedules while offering thoughtful
    recommendations
  • Handle guest
    check-ins, check-outs, payments, and administrative tasks with accuracy
    and professionalism
  • Maintain
    reception area cleanliness, organisation, and presentation to reflect Janu’s
    luxury standards
  • Coordinate
    closely with therapists, wellness practitioners, and other departments
    to support smooth daily
    operations
  • Assist in managing
    guest preferences, special requests, and feedback with professionalism
    and care
  • Ensure compliance
    with safety, hygiene, and operational procedures within the wellness
    environment
  • Support
    administrative duties, reporting, and general reception operations when
    required


Requirements

  • Minimum
    3 years of experience as a receptionist or similar
    role
  • Excellent communication
    skills
  • Business conversational
    level English proficiency (CEFR B1
    or higher)
  • Advanced
    business-level Japanese proficiency (CEFR C1
    or higher)
  • Basic PC skills
    including MS Office and typing
