the first chapter in our story. The only hotel within Tokyo’s Azabudai Hills––an

and entertainment venues and a 4,000 sqm wellness centre. Janu Tokyo provides

Role

We
are seeking an experienced, passionate and highly motivated Therapist
Staff to join Janu Tokyo. This role is ideal for a dynamic hospitality
professional who thrives in a modern luxury environment and is committed
to delivering elevated wellness experiences.

As a therapist, you will provide exceptional treatments, engage guests
with warmth and confidence and contribute to creating an atmosphere
that reflects Janu’s spirit of connection, energy and contemporary luxury.
You will play a key role in shaping memorable wellness journeys within our spa
and wellness facilities while supporting smooth daily
operations.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver
    a wide range of treatments and therapies in accordance with Janu standards,
    including massage, body treatments and wellness
    services
  • Deliver warm, intuitive and personalised service
    that enhances the guest experience
  • Engage with guests
    to understand preferences and wellness needs while providing thoughtful
    recommendations
  • Prepare treatment rooms, maintain spa
    mise-en-place, cleanliness and organisation to ensure an exceptional guest
    journey
  • Ensure proper storage, preparation and handling
    of treatment products, linens and equipment
  • Ensure
    compliance with safety, hygiene and wellness service
    regulations
  • Collaborate closely with spa teams and other
    hotel departments to support seamless operations
  • Assist
    in the development of seasonal wellness offerings and elevated treatment
    experiences
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback and special
    requests with professionalism and care
  • Support training
    and guidance for junior therapists or spa support staff when
    required


Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years
    of practical experience as a therapist or similar
    role
  • Excellent communication
    skills
  • Conversational-level English proficiency (CEFR A2
    or higher)
  • Advanced business-level Japanese proficiency
    (CEFR C1 or higher)
