Location Overview
Join our team in Amandayan. Set atop Lion Hill
above the winding lanes and canals of Lijiang’s Unesco-protected Old Town,
Amandayan is a serene retreat from which to explore Yunnan’s natural
and cultural heritage. Claiming panoramic views, the resort and its tranquil spa
are housed in elegant wooden dwellings inspired by Nakhi architecture, with Jade
Dragon Snow Mountain ever-present on
the horizon.

Role:

We
have an opportunity for a Waiter / Waitress to join our Property - Amandayan.
This role will provide exceptional dining service, supporting the restaurant
operations. Assist with restaurant maintenance and ensure high standards
of guest service and satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

  • Ensure
    guests are welcomed, seated, and attended to in a timely and professional
    manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness
    of assigned station and surrounding
    area.
  • Assist with setting up, clearing,
    and resetting tables efficiently.
  • Communicate
    effectively with kitchen and bar teams regarding guest needs and dietary
    requirements.
  • Handle guest feedback with grace
    and escalate issues when needed.
  • Contribute
    to a positive and collaborative team
    environment.


Requirements:

  • Currently
    studying or recently graduated with a degree in Hospitality or a related
    field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role
    within a luxury environment is
    an advantage.
  • Positive attitude, flexible,
    professional, and guest-oriented
    mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure
    and remain composed in fast-paced
    situations.
  • Applicants must be from mainland
    China,

    Hong Kong, Macau,
    or Taiwan.
  • Mandarin and English proficiency
    required.
